Privacy Policies

My Mommy Moments, LLC, values you as a customer and will not ever use your private information for anything other than official business to better serve you as our customer. We will never sell, distribute or otherwise share any information about your affiliation with our company. Our success depends on your trust and your involvement with our company and we will cherish your privacy.


Shipping Policies

We will ship anywhere in the world via UPS or USPS. All prices quoted will be in United States Dollars (USD)

Checkout shipping quotes are for private customers only. For wholesalers, please contact me to get a quote of shipping for large quantities.

All items, regardless of chosen shipping method, will take a minimum of 24 hours to process. Please keep this in mind when you order.

Special orders will take a minimum of SEVEN (7) business days to process before shipping. Please keep this in mind when you order.

For tracked orders, I will send out an email as soon as we have a tracking number. You will get this tracking number and you will be responsible to check the status of the order. If your order has not been received by the end of 21 days after it was shipped out, please let me know and I will help you investigate with the shipping agency the location of the item.

You can check your order status online after you have placed your order, by logging onto the My Mommy Moments, LLC website in to your account. You can click on the check order status link.


Payment

We accept check, debit and credit card payments only through PayPal. This is currently the only online method we accept for payment.  We will have more options for you at a later time, but this is the most secure and reliable method we are able to handle at the moment. You may sign up for PayPal free by going to their website at http://www.paypal.com. Your card will be charged at the time of your order.

NEW: We also accept payment through Wingcash at http://www.wingcash.com. You can search for us and send money sufficient to cover cost of product plus shipping and we will send it out to you. 
You may send a check or money order to the address below for your payment. If you are in South Carolina, please add 6% sales tax to your order prior to your shipping costs. If you pay by check, it will be held for seven business days to ensure it clears before your order is shipped. For special orders, your order will not be processed until the seven day waiting period is up. Please make sure to keep this in mind when you order. If you send a check, your order information may not be available on our website for up to two weeks. Allow 3-5 business days for me to get your order by snail mail and then add the requisite waiting periods before inquiring about your order. Sales Tax

For South Carolina Customers, a 6% sales tax will be automatically added to your order. Outside South Carolina, currently, there is no sales tax and none will be charged.

You may email me at any time to request an update on your order. My email address is phoebe@mymommymoments.com. Please put "order status" in your subject line. 

Substitutes

We do our best to ensure that all products listed on our website are in stock and ready to ship. If, for some reason, we are unable to fulfill your order specifically as you requested, we will contact you immediately via email with an alternative suggestion. At that point, you may accept the substitute offer, select another option, or get a full refund.

Gift Orders

Because we market this business as a specialty gift item, we expect that these items will be gifts. For your security and comfort, we will not ship a receipt with the order. If you have paid online, you will get a receipt by email. If you have paid by check or money order, a receipt will be sent either by email (if you provide an email address) or in a separate envelope.


Returns & Exchanges

We will only accept unused breastfeeding covers unless they are defective. Exchanges and returns will be accepted within 30 days of shipping from our facility. Refunds will be given for any item that is unused, less shipping and handling charges. Returns will only be accepted on non-personalized items only. If you have a personalized item and simply don't want it, it will not be accepted and you will not be refunded. If your personalized item is defective, we will replace it at no additional cost to you.

For any returns/exchanges,  you MUST email us first detailing your desire, why you need to return the item and the desired outcome of the return. If the item is defective, we can either refund your money or replace it with the same or similar item. If you return the item without first obtaining permission through our email request system and an RMA form, your item will be refused and no refund will be issued. You must obtain a Return Authorization from us first.

Cancellation and Refused Shipments:

If you cancel your order before it is processed, you will receive a full refund. If, however, you cancel after it has been processed, you will be refunded after you have requested an RMA and returned the item or refused the item through the postal service. You will not be refunded the shipping charges. For personalized items, you will only be refunded 50% of the product cost and none of the shipping charges to cover our costs of making the item.
